　　燃?xì)獍l(fā)電機組在運行過程中，氣門是保證發(fā)動機在進(jìn)氣階段盡可能多地吸收混合氣體或空氣的重要部件，是整個氣門分配系統(tǒng)在發(fā)動機壓縮和工作階段可靠密封的重要組成部分。如果閥門發(fā)生故障，勢必影響整個燃?xì)獍l(fā)電機組的運行，還會阻礙電力的穩(wěn)定輸送，所以用戶必須掌握一些閥門故障的修復(fù)方法。下面將從的角度介紹一些閥門故障排除的基本方法。

If the valve fails, it will affect the operation of the whole gas-fired generator set and hinder the stable transmission of power, so the user must master some methods to repair the valve failure. 　　儀表測量方法:濰柴汽輪發(fā)電機組一般采用螺桿式壓力計。使用時，將氣缸壓力表的接頭旋進(jìn)噴油器座孔內(nèi)，然后帶動曲軸與起動器旋轉(zhuǎn)4 ~ 6s，使柴油機轉(zhuǎn)速保持在300r/min左右。氣缸壓力表指示的壓力是被測氣缸的壓縮力。記下測量值，然后向缸內(nèi)加入少量油，轉(zhuǎn)動柴油發(fā)電機，如果測得的壓力明顯不同于正常，說明缸內(nèi)測試閥門失效。

　　Instrument measurement method: screw type pressure gauge is generally used in Weichai steam turbine generator set. When in use, screw the connector of cylinder pressure gauge into the injector seat hole, and then drive the crankshaft and starter to rotate for 4 ~ 6S, so as to maintain the diesel engine speed at about 300r / min. The pressure indicated by the cylinder pressure gauge is the compression force of the cylinder under test. Note down the measured value, then add a small amount of oil into the cylinder and turn the diesel generator. If the measured pressure is significantly different from normal, it means that the test valve in the cylinder is invalid.

　　經(jīng)驗排除法:判斷閥門故障是否有三種情況:燃?xì)獍l(fā)電機組在運行過程中速度不穩(wěn)定，排氣管有“突發(fā)性、突發(fā)性”響聲，異常冒煙(黑煙或藍(lán)煙)。當(dāng)柴油發(fā)電機組具有這三種工況時，采用單缸截油法確定缸的故障。首先將各氣缸的高壓管斷開，觀察高壓管斷開前后各氣缸的工作狀態(tài)變化。如果在氣瓶高壓油管斷開后的后排出現(xiàn)黑煙消失或減弱，氣瓶就有麻煩了。如果缸內(nèi)高壓油管斷開后排黑煙或藍(lán)煙現(xiàn)象不消失，說明缸內(nèi)無故障。各高壓油泵油管斷開后如未發(fā)現(xiàn)故障缸，應(yīng)分析柴油機常見故障。

　　Experience elimination method: judge whether there are three kinds of valve faults: the speed of gas generator unit is unstable during operation, the exhaust pipe has "sudden, sudden" sound, and abnormal smoke (black smoke or blue smoke). When the diesel generator set has these three working conditions, the single cylinder cut-off method is used to determine the cylinder failure. First, disconnect the high-pressure pipe of each cylinder, and observe the working state change of each cylinder before and after the disconnection of the high-pressure pipe. If the black smoke disappears or weakens after the high-pressure oil pipe of the gas cylinder is disconnected, the gas cylinder will be in trouble. If the phenomenon of black smoke or blue smoke does not disappear after the high-pressure oil pipe in the cylinder is disconnected, it means there is no fault in the cylinder. If no fault cylinder is found after the oil pipe of each high-pressure oil pump is disconnected, common faults of diesel engine shall be analyzed.

　　閥門在燃?xì)獍l(fā)電機組中起著重要的作用，一旦發(fā)生故障，必須立即找人員進(jìn)行維修。閥門屬于易損件，當(dāng)嚴(yán)重燃燒或斷裂時，一般應(yīng)更換同類型的新產(chǎn)品。若錐體表面積碳過多，點蝕或銹蝕面積小，可用于閥門磨床或手動研磨，以達(dá)到閥門密封燃燒室的效果。在排除故障時，工作人員一定要細(xì)心和耐心，并注意對問題的總結(jié)和記錄，及時積累相關(guān)經(jīng)驗，以防止再次發(fā)生閥門故障。
