(2)將曲軸轉(zhuǎn)動(dòng)幾次,使活塞連桿處于自由狀態(tài)。連桿小頭兩側(cè)與活塞銷座孔之間的距離不得小于1mm。
(2) Turn the crankshaft several times so that the piston rod is free. The distance between the two sides of the connecting rod small end and the piston pin seat hole shall not be less than 1mm.
(3)轉(zhuǎn)動(dòng)曲軸使活塞在氣缸的中間。檢查活塞頂前后端間隙差不大于0.10mm。若大于0.10mm,則連桿變形?;钊?上下停止點(diǎn)間隙也應(yīng)該是一樣的,如果離開上下停止點(diǎn)間隙差距逐漸增加,中間位置的活塞旅行間隙差別較大,在活塞的往復(fù)運(yùn)動(dòng)也改變的方向偏轉(zhuǎn),這表明必須有連桿的失真。
(3) Turn the crankshaft so that the piston is in the middle of the cylinder. Check that the clearance difference between the front and rear ends of the piston crown is not more than 0.10 mm. If it is more than 0.10 mm, the connecting rod is deformed. The clearance between the upper and lower stop points of the piston cylinder should be the same. If the gap between the upper and lower stop points increases gradually, the travel clearance of the piston in the middle position will vary greatly, and the direction of the reciprocating movement of the piston will also change, which indicates that there must be distortion of the connecting rod.
