一、機房設置要合理

1、 The setting of the computer room should be reasonable

1、燃氣發(fā)電機組機房一般采用敞開式或半敞開式，地面要平整易清理。

1. The gas generator room generally adopts an open or semi open type, and the ground should be flat and easy to clean.

2、封閉式機房，應按防爆要求設計，須是單層建筑，門窗一律外開，設置大流量排風裝置，減少可燃氣體積聚等。

2. The enclosed computer room should be designed according to explosion-proof requirements, and must be a single-story building with all doors and windows open outwards. A large flow exhaust device should be installed to reduce the accumulation of combustible gas volume.

3、機房與操作間應隔開，觀察窗口應用雙層玻璃，且有鋼絲網防護。

3. The computer room and the operation room should be separated, and the observation window should be double glazed and protected by steel wire mesh.

4、機房應設有避雷裝置。

4. The computer room should be equipped with lightning protection devices.

5、燃氣發(fā)電機組運行現(xiàn)場不得有明火，需有“嚴禁煙火”等警示標志。

5. There must be no open flames on the operation site of the gas generator set, and warning signs such as "No Smoking or Fireworks" must be displayed.

6、配備足的滅火器材。

7、發(fā)動機排氣系統(tǒng)的廢氣中，混有可燃氣體，要設計并安裝由發(fā)動機引向室外的排氣管系。

二、燃氣發(fā)電機組及配套設備要達標

2、 Gas generator units and supporting equipment must meet the standards

1、燃氣發(fā)電機組機房內的電氣設施應為防爆型，維修時要切斷電源。

1. The electrical facilities in the gas generator room should be explosion-proof and the power supply should be cut off during maintenance.

2、設置緊急閥門，以備廠房內發(fā)生緊急情況時，可切斷氣源，此閥門應離操作間較近。

2. Set up emergency valves to cut off the air supply in case of an emergency in the factory building. This valve should be close to the operating room.

3、燃氣發(fā)電機組機房內要安置燃氣濃度報警器。

3. A gas concentration alarm should be installed in the gas generator room.

三、燃氣管道要達標并及時檢修

3、 Gas pipelines must meet standards and be promptly repaired

1、燃氣管道應采用管壁較厚的鋼管，接頭處要密封要好。

1. Gas pipelines should use thick steel pipes with good sealing at the joints.

2、定期檢查閥門，發(fā)現(xiàn)問題要及時維修或更換。

2. Regularly inspect valves and promptly repair or replace any problems found.

3、燃氣管線上的膠管應定期換，禁用老化膠管。

3. The rubber hoses on the gas pipeline should be replaced regularly and aged rubber hoses should be prohibited.

4、對燃氣發(fā)電機組及燃氣管線進行檢修時，須切斷燃氣來源并將內燃氣排凈，未查明事故原因和采取相應措施前，不得向燃氣設施恢復送氣。進行維護檢修時，應采取防爆措施或使用防爆工具，嚴禁用鐵器等工具進行敲擊作業(yè)。

4. When repairing the gas generator unit and gas pipeline, the gas source must be cut off and the internal gas must be completely discharged. Before identifying the cause of the accident and taking corresponding measures, gas supply to the gas facilities must not be restored. When carrying out maintenance and repair, explosion-proof measures should be taken or explosion-proof tools should be used. It is strictly prohibited to use tools such as iron tools for knocking operations.
