首先檢查增壓器，確認(rèn)增壓器是合格品，一般可以從增壓器的使用情況來(lái)分析，如使用環(huán)境灰塵大，引起空濾清器堵塞造成負(fù)壓達(dá)5.5kPa以上，即會(huì)造成增壓器壓氣端漏油；汽車(chē)在山區(qū)下大坡，沼氣發(fā)電機(jī)組不加油門(mén)低速行駛15分鐘以上，增壓器中壓葉輪背面建立不起氣封形成真空也會(huì)引起增壓器壓氣端漏油。只要經(jīng)常保養(yǎng)空濾清器，沼氣發(fā)電機(jī)組怠速時(shí)間不要過(guò)長(zhǎng)，這種假性漏油現(xiàn)象即可排除。如果環(huán)境施工行駛狀況無(wú)法改變，只要經(jīng)常清除空濾的灰塵，清除增壓器壓殼出口以及壓殼出口管道內(nèi)的油漬，這種假性漏油不影響沼氣發(fā)電機(jī)組的正常使用。

If the dust in the service environment causes the blockage of the air filter and the negative pressure is more than 5.5kpa, it will cause oil leakage at the compressor end of the supercharger; When the car goes downhill in the mountain area, the biogas generator set runs at a low speed for more than 15 minutes without the refueling valve, and the air seal cannot be established on the back of the medium pressure impeller of the supercharger to form a vacuum, which will also cause oil leakage at the compressor end of the supercharger. As long as the air filter is regularly maintained, the idle time of biogas generator set should not be too long, and this false oil leakage can be eliminated. If the environmental construction driving conditions cannot be changed, as long as the dust of the air filter and the oil stains in the pressure shell outlet of the supercharger and the pipeline at the pressure shell outlet are removed frequently, this false oil leakage will not affect the normal use of the biogas generator set.

2、機(jī)油壓力過(guò)高會(huì)引起增壓器漏油

增壓器的進(jìn)油壓力過(guò)高也是引起增壓器漏油的原因之一。當(dāng)我們經(jīng)檢查確認(rèn)增壓器是合格品，而又發(fā)現(xiàn)沼氣發(fā)電機(jī)組的機(jī)油壓遠(yuǎn)高于說(shuō)明書(shū)的規(guī)定，則要檢查沼氣發(fā)電機(jī)組的潤(rùn)滑系統(tǒng)，調(diào)壓閥是否卡死或失靈，沼氣發(fā)電機(jī)組的機(jī)油壓力正常了，增壓器的漏油即可排除。

3、回油不暢會(huì)造成增壓器漏油

增壓器的回油是靠油的自重從增壓器回油管回入沼氣發(fā)電機(jī)組中，如果回油管出現(xiàn)縮節(jié)和阻塞，增壓器的回油不暢，增壓器會(huì)出現(xiàn)兩端滲漏機(jī)油。應(yīng)排除回油不暢，在增壓器完好的情況下，故障也即排除。

If the oil return pipe shrinks and blocks, the oil return of the supercharger is not smooth, and the oil leakage at both ends of the supercharger will occur. The poor oil return shall be eliminated. 4、沼氣發(fā)電機(jī)組在施工中頻繁停車(chē)起動(dòng)

沼氣發(fā)電機(jī)組在施工中頻繁停車(chē)起動(dòng)，會(huì)引起增壓器中間殼渦輪端結(jié)焦；同時(shí)引起中間殼回油腔結(jié)焦，使增壓器回油腔縮小回油不暢產(chǎn)生漏油，應(yīng)檢查各易損件是否完好，并清除結(jié)焦。

5、沼氣發(fā)電機(jī)組竄氣嚴(yán)重會(huì)造成增壓器的回油不暢、增壓器漏油

有些增壓器發(fā)現(xiàn)漏油甚至兩端漏油，經(jīng)檢查增壓器是合格品，進(jìn)油回油也正常，再進(jìn)行拆檢發(fā)現(xiàn)增壓器主軸中段（二浮動(dòng)軸承之間）有很厚的油垢還有些發(fā)硬，鏟除清洗后發(fā)現(xiàn)主軸中段變淡黃色且增壓器回油管中亦有油垢，從以上現(xiàn)象可以判斷為沼氣發(fā)電機(jī)組竄氣引起增壓器的回油不暢。更換沼氣發(fā)電機(jī)組四配套排除沼氣發(fā)電機(jī)組下竄氣，對(duì)增壓器、回油管進(jìn)行清洗，故障即可排除。

Replace the four supporting parts of the biogas generator set, eliminate the gas channeling under the biogas generator set, and clean the supercharger and oil return pipe, and the fault can be eliminated.
