燃?xì)獍l(fā)電機組的尾氣余熱利用在哪些方面?
目前燃料的能量只有約35%被發(fā)電機組轉(zhuǎn)化為電能,約有30%隨廢氣排出,25%被發(fā)動機冷卻水帶走,通過機身散發(fā)等其它損失約占10%左右,廢氣和換熱器損失的功率比有用功還多。

在我國,目前占燃?xì)獍l(fā)動機燃料近55%熱值的廢氣和冷卻水余熱資源基本上被白白浪費掉,發(fā)動機余熱利用技術(shù)的就是來實現(xiàn)將原本白白浪費掉的熱資源充分利用的系統(tǒng)。

隨著人民生活質(zhì)量的提高,制冷和采暖越來越普及,能源消耗越來越大,同時發(fā)動機余熱資源目前沒有得到綜合利用,燃油、燃?xì)饧半姛徨仩t和空調(diào)在廣泛使用,消耗了大量能源。根據(jù)發(fā)動機余熱利用現(xiàn)狀,我公司發(fā)揮信息和技術(shù)優(yōu)勢,研制開發(fā)了國內(nèi)套燃?xì)鈾C余熱利用空調(diào),用于我公司辦公大樓和會議室的熱電聯(lián)供。

At the same time, engine waste heat resources have not been comprehensively utilized. Oil, gas, electric boilers and central air conditioners are widely used, consuming a lot of energy. According to the current situation of engine waste heat utilization, our company has developed the first set of gas engine waste heat utilization central air conditioner in China, which is used for cogeneration of heat and power in our office building and conference room.
在燃?xì)鈾C組發(fā)電的同時,以機組廢氣的熱量為能源,煙氣通過特制的熱交換系統(tǒng)加熱介質(zhì)水,使水溫達(dá)到規(guī)定溫度,通過溴化鋰?yán)渌畽C組制冷或制熱,通過風(fēng)機盤管空調(diào)器給房間制冷或供熱。系統(tǒng)原理如下圖所示:
At the same time of generating electricity from the gas unit, the heat of the unit exhaust gas is used as the energy source. The flue gas heats the medium water through the special heat exchange system to make the water temperature reach the specified temperature. The room is cooled or heated by the lithium bromide water chiller, and the room is cooled or heated by the fan coil air conditioner. The system principle is shown in the following figure:
