由于沼氣發(fā)電機組是一個高能耗的機器，用戶在使用時肯定要考慮它的燃油消耗問題。許多用戶可能都認為發(fā)電機組的水溫越低越好，轉(zhuǎn)速越低越省油。其實這都是錯誤的認識。

沼氣發(fā)電機的水溫使用要求有明確規(guī)定，但一些操作人員卻喜歡把出水溫度調(diào)得很低，有的接近出水溫度的下限值，有的還不到下限值。他們認為水溫低，水泵中不會出現(xiàn)氣蝕現(xiàn)象，冷卻水(液)就不會中斷，使用中有保險系數(shù)。

The water temperature requirements of biogas generator are clearly specified, but some operators like to adjust the outlet water temperature very low. Some are close to the lower limit of the outlet water temperature, and some are less than the lower limit. They believe that if the water temperature is low, cavitation will not occur in the water pump, the cooling water (liquid) will not be interrupted, and there is an insurance factor in use.

其實水溫只要不超過95℃就不會發(fā)生氣蝕，冷卻水(液)也不會中斷。相反，如果水溫過低，對沼氣發(fā)動機的工作有害。一是溫度低，氣缸內(nèi)沼氣燃燒條件惡化，燃料霧化不良，著火后燃期增長，發(fā)動機工作易粗暴，加劇曲軸軸承、活塞環(huán)等零部件的損壞，功率降低，經(jīng)濟性降低。

In fact, as long as the water temperature does not exceed 95 ℃, cavitation will not occur and the cooling water (liquid) will not be interrupted. On the contrary, if the water temperature is too low, it is harmful to the operation of the biogas engine. First, the temperature is low, the combustion conditions of biogas in the cylinder are deteriorated, the fuel atomization is poor, the combustion period after ignition is increased, the engine is easy to work rough, which aggravates the damage of crankshaft bearings, piston rings and other parts, reduces the power and reduces the economy.

二是燃燒后的水氣易冷凝在缸壁上，造成金屬腐蝕。三是來燃燒的沼氣可能稀釋機油，使?jié)櫥闆r變壞。四是燃料燃燒不完全而形成膠質(zhì)，使活塞環(huán)卡在活塞環(huán)槽內(nèi)，氣門卡住，壓縮終了時氣缸內(nèi)壓力降低。五是水溫過低機油溫度也低，機油變稠，流動性變差，機油泵泵油量少，以致發(fā)電機組供油不足，加上曲軸軸承間隙變小，潤滑不良。

Second, the water vapor after combustion is easy to condense on the cylinder wall, causing metal corrosion. Third, the biogas from combustion may dilute the engine oil and deteriorate the lubrication. Fourth, the fuel combustion is not complete and the gum is formed, so that the piston ring is stuck in the piston ring groove, the valve is stuck, and the pressure in the cylinder is reduced at the end of compression. Fifth, the water temperature is too low, the oil temperature is also low, the oil is thickened, the fluidity is poor, and the oil pump pump has less oil, resulting in insufficient oil supply for the generator set. In addition, the crankshaft bearing clearance is small, and the lubrication is poor.

許多操作員不愿沼氣發(fā)電機在使用轉(zhuǎn)速下工作，他們認為發(fā)電機轉(zhuǎn)速低些不會出故障。其實，過低的轉(zhuǎn)速也會帶來一些不良后果：

Many operators do not want the biogas generator to work at the operating speed. They think that the generator will not fail if the speed is lower. In fact, too low rotational speed will also bring some adverse consequences:

一是過低的轉(zhuǎn)速會減少沼氣機的輸出功率，降低其動力性；

First, too low rotational speed will reduce the output power of the biogas machine and reduce its power performance;

二是過低的轉(zhuǎn)速會導(dǎo)致各部件工作轉(zhuǎn)速下降，將惡化部件的工作性能，降低機油泵的輸出壓力等；

Second, too low rotational speed will cause the working speed of each component to drop, which will deteriorate the working performance of the component and reduce the output pressure of the oil pump;

三是降低了沼氣機的儲備功率，使本來應(yīng)處于正常工作的沼氣機處于滿負荷或超負荷工作狀態(tài)；

Third, the reserve power of the biogas machine is reduced, so that the biogas machine that should be in normal operation is in full load or overload working state;

四是轉(zhuǎn)速過低使聯(lián)動機構(gòu)工作機械的轉(zhuǎn)速也降低，就會降低工作的機械性能，如降低水泵的出水量，減少水泵的揚程等。

Fourth, if the rotation speed is too low, the rotation speed of the working machinery of the linkage mechanism will also be reduced, which will reduce the mechanical performance of the work, such as reducing the water output of the water pump and reducing the lift of the water pump.
